F.A.Q.

Turnaround time:

  • Intricate or heavy beaded garments designs add to the production time.

  • In all cases please allow more than ample time for your design to be constructed.

  • Especially if it is for a special occasion.

Payment: 

  • A Standard 50% of your estimated production cost is required for your deposit.

  • Once deposit is paid in full, we will start with production. 

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and cash (if applicable).

  • Your order must be paid in full before we can ship our your item.

Shipping :

  • USPS Tracking # will be provided upon request.              

  • We are not responsible for post office deligency.

  • Custom orders can not be expedited.

  • We ship worldwide - Please email or call for rates outside the country.

Return :

  • Custom garments can not be exchanged nor refunded.

  • We will provide 1 alteration if required and reimburse shipping & Handling.

      -Please email us with order # and alteration specifications before taking action.

  • We will make the necessary alterations to ensure you receive the correct fit!
